This Agreement is between the Client (hereafter referred to as “You”) and WordCube Inc. (hereafter referred to as “WordCube”)

You agree to receive the services provided by WordCube based on the terms and conditions specified below:

1. Scope of Services 
Under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, WordCube shall provide You with the language and localization services including translation, editing, writing, interpretation, publishing in the form of documents or multimedia files.

2. Service Procedures
a. WordCube will create a quote for You each time a quote request is submitted. Once your payment is confirmed, WordCube will begin working on the project and deliver the results to You within the project lead time as specified in the quote.

b. WordCube strives to provide the best service possible with the highest regards to quality and customer satisfaction. WordCube’s maximum liability is limited to the total price of the order.

c. You may not cancel or withdraw an order once it has been submitted and is put in process in which case a refund may not be granted.

3. Confidential Terms 
WordCube will not disclose any information about the project related information to any third party without Your consent if the information isn’t otherwise available through public sources. WordCube may sign confidentiality agreements with You and will bind the members of our project team who work on the project upon your request.
